Custom
Yes. We can produce custom products based on your logo, sketch, reference image or design file. If you only have an idea, our team can also help create a workable design proof.
We usually accept AI, PDF, PSD, EPS, JPG and PNG files. Vector files are preferred for accurate production
Yes. You can send us your idea, logo or reference photos, and we can help prepare a digital proof for confirmation.
We mainly produce custom enamel pins, metal keychains, name badges, medals, pet tags, lanyards and other promotional metal accessories.
Depending on the product, we use zinc alloy, iron, brass, stainless steel and other suitable materials.
MOQ depends on the product type and process. For most custom products, MOQ usually starts from 100 to 300 pieces. Please contact us with your project details for confirmation.
Production
Yes. We can provide a sample for approval before mass production. Sample cost and lead time depend on the product and process.
Sample production usually takes around 5 to 7 working days after artwork approval, depending on product complexity.
Bulk production usually takes around 10 to 20 working days after sample or artwork confirmation. Complex orders or peak seasons may require more time.
We offer engraving, enamel filling, diamond inlays, glitter finishes, laser etching, gold/silver plating, and more. You can also choose from various shapes, sizes, and colors.
Yes. We can match colors according to Pantone references as closely as possible, although slight differences may occur depending on material and process.
For pins, we offer butterfly clutch, rubber clutch, safety pin and magnetic backing. For keychains, we offer split rings, lobster clasps and other hardware.
We offer poly bags, backing cards, gift boxes, velvet pouches and other custom packaging solutions.
Shipping & Returns
We can ship by DHL, FedEx, UPS, air freight or sea freight, depending on your timeline and budget.
Express shipping usually takes 4 to 7 business days. Air freight and sea freight depend on destination and customs clearance
Yes, we will provide a tracking number once your order is shipped. You can use it to monitor the shipment’s progress online.
